Sheng′an started to produce high temperature fluoroplastic extrusion equipment in 2009. This series of equipment adopts screws and barrels made of high temperature and corrosion resistant steel imported from Germany, and servo-driven closed-loop control system that responds quickly to the melt pressure, in order to ensure the high efficiency and stable production, and to save the production energy and cost for the customers. The extrusion line of PFA tube meets the requirements of ultra-clean tubes used in semiconductor industry, and has won wide trust and recognition from customers in China, Japan, and the United States.
